The first thing that we will need to know is the type of transaction you are working on, i.e. is it simply the refinancing of yours or another lender's primary or secondary loan, or is this a transaction where we will be dealing with the actual transfer of title.

You may also use this order form for the purpose of obtaining a quote as to the price and turn-around time of your request.  If you simply need a quote as to the price and/or timeliness of your order, please indicate this in the initial portion of the order form.  In order to give you an accurate quote of the price and/or turn-around time we will need, at a minimum, the information marked as "required" on the Order form.
